The variety is intended exclusively for lawn use. It is characterized by specific indicators of turf density, leaf fineness, and color intensity, as well as specific resistance to diseases, in particular to rust.
During studies of lawn cover quality, the variety showed low results in turf development under drought conditions. The variety is used as a component of lawn grass mixtures.
