The variety belongs to the compact type, characterized by slow or moderate growth and the ability to form high-quality turf covers. Externally, the plants are distinguished by a fine leaf structure and a rich dark green color.

The variety is intended for inclusion in lawn grass mixtures. During trials for this type of variety, susceptibility to powdery mildew was noted.
