The variety is intended for use in grass mixtures for creating turf covers at sports facilities and recreational areas. In specialized European reference books, the variety is characterized by its resistance to diseases, trampling, and tolerance to mowing.

Like other Kentucky bluegrass varieties, this variety forms underground shoots (rhizomes), which ensures its longevity and ability to regenerate sod.
