The variety is intended for the creation of lawn covers and is adapted to low mowing in the range of 10–40 mm. It possesses good indicators of turf density and visual appeal, as well as resistance to specific lawn diseases, including rust.

The plant possesses the ability to form rhizomes, which ensures high wear resistance and the possibility of self-repair of damaged areas. The variety is used both in pure form and as part of grass mixtures.
