The variety is intended for the establishment of sports fields, golf courses, and park areas. The plant forms a dense emerald-green sward and has a good ability for rapid rooting.

The plant is of the rhizomatous type, which ensures cover density and the ability for self-repair through underground shoots. The variety exhibits high resistance to drought, intensive traffic stress, and common lawn grass diseases.

Distinctive features are rapid regrowth in late winter and early spring, as well as a high rate of adaptation to the site.
