The variety is a successor to the classic Midnight variety and is characterized by a fine leaf texture. The plant is distinguished by high resistance to summer patch and dollar spot, as well as increased adaptability to adverse environmental conditions.

The turf type of the variety implies excellent tolerance to trampling and recreational use. The variety requires moderate fertilization and retains its aesthetic qualities when mowed at a low height, which allows for its use on sports fields, golf courses, and premium lawns.
