The variety belongs to the BVMG group, which is typical for moderately low plant height, medium-broad leaves, and high seed productivity. Swards of this type are prone to the formation of generative shoots in the spring, and may show weaker performance during the winter period.

The plant is intended for use in turf mixtures for landscaping areas with a temperate climate, including mountainous regions. The variety has the ability to form a dense turf, however, it may be susceptible to stem smut.
