The variety belongs to the CELA group, which also includes Challenger, Eclipse, and Liberty. The plant is distinguished by good spring regrowth quality and a lower tendency to produce coarse generative shoots compared to many other varieties.

The variety possesses confirmed resistance to rust and leaf spot. It is intended primarily for creating ornamental and functional lawn coverings, where it is used both in pure stands and as part of grass mixtures.
