The variety forms a dense turf due to the active development of rhizomes, which allows for effective restoration of damaged areas. The leaves are slightly larger than those of typical representatives of the species and have a medium-green color. The plant demonstrates high wear tolerance under intensive loads.
The variety possesses increased resistance to red thread and rust. It maintains its green color well during winter and spring periods. It is recommended to sow on well-drained areas, preferably as part of seed mixtures with perennial ryegrass or tall fescue depending on the climate.
