JACKLIN SEED by SIMPLOT (USA)
10 August 2026
The variety is intended for use in seed mixtures in shaded and moist areas, as well as for overseeding on golf courses, including golf greens. The plant has an upright growth habit and forms a dense sward with dark green foliage, being a bunch-type grass.
The variety is distinguished by high shade tolerance and good frost resistance; it tolerates low mowing well. Its ability to form an even surface under such mowing provides high-quality playing characteristics, in particular ball roll on golf courses.
