Morphologically, the variety is characterized by medium-sized leaves, a semi-prostrate growth habit, and a medium level of turf density. The leaves range in color from light green to medium green. The rooting process of the variety is slow.

The plant possesses high wear tolerance and good adaptation to hot, arid conditions; however, it may exhibit low winter hardiness in cold climates. The variety shows resistance to rust and red thread.

The variety is intended for creating lawns in playgrounds, soccer fields, and park areas. It is recommended for use in seed mixtures, especially with Festuca arundinacea, to achieve an even and uniform cover.
