The variety belongs to the Shamrock group and forms a medium dark green lawn. It is characterized by high seed germination energy and rapid development, which ensures the prompt formation of dense sod.

The plant possesses high resistance to stem rust and crown rust, as well as good shade tolerance. Due to its wear tolerance, the variety is suitable for areas with intensive use, including sports grounds, parks, and residential and commercial landscapes.
