The variety belongs to the Bellevue type group. Plants of this type are characterized by early onset of spring vegetation, a tendency to form stems in the spring, the presence of medium-width leaves, as well as resistance to rust and leaf spot.

The variety is distinguished by good wear tolerance, which allows it to be used for creating sports lawns, park areas, and residential territories. In turf studies, it demonstrates average quality indicators.
