The variety forms a dense sod cover of dark green color. The plant has the ability to grow in areas with limited access to sunlight and is distinguished by a high rate of initial rooting during planting.

This variety of Poa pratensis possesses excellent seed productivity and high resistance to wear under mechanical stress, which allows it to be used for creating high-quality lawn covers.
