The hybrid was obtained by crossing Poa arachnifera (line 10-10) and the Poa pratensis variety "Geronimo". The plant is classified as medium-leaved, visually similar to Poa pratensis, but possessing improved adaptive characteristics.
The plant is intended for use as turf grass. It is distinguished by aggressive rhizome growth, high root density, and the ability to maintain activity without entering a deep dormancy stage during high summer temperatures, which ensures rapid turf recovery.
