The variety is an interspecific hybrid of Kentucky bluegrass and Texas bluegrass. It is intended for the creation of sports fields, recreational areas, and golf courses.

The plant has a medium-dark green color and medium-fine leaf texture. It is characterized by rapid seed germination, aggressive rhizome development for dense soil coverage, and resistance to Rhizoctonia.
