Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the Compact-Midnight type, which is characterized by high turf density and wear resistance. The plant possesses broad ecological plasticity, adapting to various levels of illumination, soil fertility, and mowing regimes.

Active rhizome formation ensures high turf strength and accelerates the process of sod production. The variety exhibits resistance to leaf spot, dollar spot, stem rust, stripe smut, necrotic ring spot, and Summer patch.

A long period of winter dormancy and late resumption of vegetation in the spring are typical for this variety. It is used for creating sports grounds, professional golf courses, park areas, and landscape objects with high requirements for aesthetics and wear resistance.
