The variety has relatively fast regrowth after mowing compared to specialized slow-growing lawn varieties. Shoot density is rated as average or below average, and leaf fineness is also at an average level.

Under trial conditions, the variety demonstrates rust resistance ratings of 6.2–6.4. In official catalogs, it is often noted as a variety with limited availability, used for specific lawn purposes.
