The variety belongs to the Compact-America type and possesses good tillering vigor, ensuring the formation of a dense turf. Externally, the plants are characterized by a medium or dark green leaf color. Compared to the Compact-Midnight type, this variety demonstrates faster development.

The plant possesses resistance to summer patch, leaf spot, and powdery mildew. Under intensive sports usage, the variety shows medium or low rates of turf recovery. This bluegrass is often used as a standard component in professional grass mixtures.
