The variety was bred by combining the characteristics of the Jersey and United varieties. The plant possesses narrow leaves of a medium green tone and a dense growth habit, which ensures effective self-repair of the turf.

The variety is characterized by rapid germination due to reduced seed dormancy. It exhibits early spring regrowth, summer persistence, and high tolerance to low mowing.
