The Rhythm variety belongs to the Compact-Midnight group, which is characterized by high turf density, a deep dark green color, and fine leaf texture. The plant possesses a well-developed rhizome system, which ensures rapid turf recovery in case of damage. The variety is suitable for low mowing.

The plant possesses high resistance to trampling, drought conditions, heat, and soil salinity. Good resistance to lawn grass diseases, in particular leaf spot, is also noted. The variety is intended for the establishment of sports fields, golf courses, and park areas.
