The variety belongs to the Compact-Midnight group, characterized by a rich dark green color that persists throughout the season, and an intermediate leaf texture. It possesses a developed root system that ensures high turf density and the ability to rapidly recover damaged areas through horizontal growth.

The plant exhibits high resistance to traffic, summer patch, stripe smut, leaf spot, and pink snow mold. The variety shows good drought and shade tolerance, and is adapted to mowing heights from 12 to 50 mm and higher.

It is used in elite and sports seed mixtures for professional football fields, golf courses, city parks, and high-quality lawns.
