The variety belongs to the compact type and forms a dense lawn cover with an intermediate leaf texture. The plant possesses high resistance to trampling and intensive operational loads, and shows good shade tolerance and excellent winter hardiness. A developed root system ensures increased drought tolerance and the retention of green color under unfavorable conditions.
The variety has high resistance to a complex of diseases, including summer patch, stripe smut, pink snow mold, and leaf rust. High turf density contributes to limiting the spread of Poa annua. The variety is intended for the creation of professional sports fields, golf courses, park lawns, and private lawns.
In the first year of life, the variety is characterized by relatively slow germination and establishment; full turf formation occurs in the second to third year. The recommended sowing depth for seeds is from 0.6 to 1.2 cm.
