Variety description

The variety forms a sparse turf with wide leaves of a very dark green color. Growth height is low to medium. Spring vegetation begins early, but later than the Conni variety. Rooting occurs slowly.

The seeds possess high germination energy, close to 100%, in a temperature range from 10 to 28°C. In climatic zone 1, the variety demonstrates very good winter hardiness; in zone 2, from medium to very good. Resistance to high temperatures is lower than that of the BM-3 and Midnight varieties.
