The variety is intended for use in landscaping and the creation of lawns. During industry turfgrass trials, the variety is evaluated based on indicators such as turf density, visual appeal, leaf fineness, and disease resistance, particularly to rust.

In a number of industry publications and reports from the British Society of Plant Breeders, the variety is noted as having limited availability.
