The variety is intended for the formation of professional lawns, sports grounds, and the production of sod. It is characterized by slow regrowth, which reduces the frequency of mowing, and possesses a fine leaf texture of medium-green color.

The plant is characterized by high winter hardiness, turf density, and resistance to trampling. The variety exhibits good resistance to red thread disease (Laetisaria fuciformis).
