The Zeptor variety is a low-growing plant with narrow dark green leaves up to 4 mm wide. It forms a dense turf due to a well-developed rhizome system. In the vegetative phase, the lawn has a low profile, however, generative stems can grow up to 50–70 cm.
The plant possesses high resistance to diseases, lodging, drought, and trampling. The variety adapts to various soil types, including sandy and clay soils, and is often used as a component in professional lawn grass mixtures. The recommended seeding rate is 20–30 g/m².
The scope of application includes the creation of classic ornamental lawns, park zones, amateur football fields and golf courses, as well as sports grounds with a medium degree of load.
