The variety is a perennial rhizomatous grass, breeding number NA-3271. It is characterized as a variety demonstrating consistently high turf quality indices during turfgrass trials.

This bluegrass is widely used in professional lawn mixtures intended for establishing sports fields, parterre and park lawns, as well as for sod production. It is frequently used in combination with other bluegrass varieties to increase turf stability.
