Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and forms an upright-spreading crown. The variety is not self-fertile and requires cross-pollination, for which the varieties Blenril or Sundrop are suitable. The plant possesses winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures as low as -28°C.

The medium-sized fruits have orange-yellow skin with a pronounced red blush. The firm, fine-grained orange-yellow flesh separates easily from the pit. A tendency for the flesh to darken around the pit is noted.

The variety belongs to the early category and matures approximately two weeks earlier than the Moorpark variety. The produce is suitable for dessert consumption and canning, during which the variety retains a firm texture, although the skin may acquire a brownish hue.
