Trees of the variety have strong or medium vigor, forming an upright or spreading canopy. Flowering occurs in mid-season, the variety is self-pollinating. The variety is suitable for cultivation in all traditional apricot growing regions, including cooler zones.

Fruits are of medium size, covered with smooth orange skin with a red "marbled" blush. The flesh is juicy, sweet-and-sour, the stone separates well. The variety shows sensitivity to scab and leaf spot; with uneven soil moisture, the fruits may crack, which increases the risk of Monilinia infection.
