The variety is a regional Czech apricot widespread in the vicinity of the town of Břeclav. It belongs to the group of early-maturing varieties of the Růžová raná type. Due to its status as an old local variety, its morphological characteristics may be variable.
The small-sized fruits have a bright yellow color. The flesh is sweet, moderately juicy, and easily separates from the pit. The variety is traditionally used in home gardening and the restoration of old orchards, and has served as genetic material for the breeding of modern varieties.
