The variety belongs to the very early category, with ripening occurring 7–10 days before the «Magyar kajszi» variety. The tree is large, with an ascending crown and sparse branching. The variety is partially self-fertile.

Fruits weighing 40–45 g have a round, flattened shape. The skin is orange with a light red blush; the flesh is juicy, fibrous, moderately firm, and aromatic. The stone separates from the flesh, and the kernel is sweet. The crop often requires thinning due to abundant fruit bearing.

The variety is resistant to winter temperature drops, but is sensitive to Gnomonia and Monilia. It is recommended primarily for fresh consumption; the fruits are also suitable for making juice.
