The Lunafull tree is characterized by medium vigor and a spreading crown. The variety features late flowering and a very early ripening period, fruiting primarily on short fruit-bearing twigs (spurs). It is self-incompatible and requires pollinator varieties.
The fruit is large in size with a round-oblong shape; the ground color is orange with a 20–30% red blush. The firm and juicy flesh ensures good transportability. The taste is sweet, with a sugar content of about 14° Brix.
