The tree is vigorous, reaching 3.5–4 meters in the absence of pruning. The variety is of mid-late maturity group, self-incompatible, and requires pollinators such as Goldrich or Moorpark varieties.

Fruits are large, oval-shaped, with yellow-orange skin and a reddish blush. The flesh is deep orange, tender, moderately juicy, with a low acidity level.

The variety is characterized by increased resistance to winter damage and moderate resistance to leaf spot, powdery mildew, and leaf scorch. Fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, drying, and industrial canning.
