The variety is of Afghan origin. The tree is vigorous or medium-vigorous, reaching a height of 3–4 meters. The crown is robust and spreading with sparse branches. Harvest time falls in late July – early August. The variety is self-fertile and blooms late, which allows avoiding spring frosts.
Fruits are large, weighing 60–120 g, oblong-elongated or round-oval in shape. The skin is orange, often with a red blush. The flesh is firm, juicy, orange in color, has a sweet-and-sour taste and a large pit that separates well. Fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and processing, and possess good keeping quality and transportability.
