The tree of this variety grows with medium vigor, forms an airy and medium-dense crown, which is easy to prune and possesses abundant fruiting wood. The breeding program, initiated in 1984, was aimed at creating resistant forms of the crop.
The variety is intended for cultivation both in home gardens and in professional commercial orchards. In addition to high resistance to pathogens, it is used in scientific research to study the frost resistance of generative organs and to monitor the dormancy state in a changing climate.
