ActivePrunus avium (L.) L. · Sweet cherry
David W.Cain
10 August 2026
The tree is vigorous, forming a broad pyramidal, medium-density crown. Fruits are medium-sized, weighing about 4 g, and have a rounded shape. The skin is smooth, shiny, yellow with a light red blush. The flesh is cream-colored, very juicy, with a pronounced sweet taste and light-colored juice.
A medium-ripening variety; fruits ripen in the first half of July. It is characterized by good winter hardiness of the wood and flower buds, as well as resistance to fungal diseases, including leaf spot. The fruits have high resistance to cracking during rainfall.
The variety is cross-pollinated and requires the presence of other sweet cherry varieties blooming in a similar period, such as Meelika and Brjanskaja Rozovaja, to ensure high yields.
