The variety has medium vigor, forms a semi-erect crown, and is characterized by a late ripening period, occurring approximately 28 days after the Burlat variety. The fruits reach a caliber of 26–27 mm and are colored in cream-yellow or white tones.
The fruit flesh is white or cream, possesses a firm, crunchy consistency, which ensures high resistance to mechanical damage during transport. Features of the variety include the high visibility of damage on the light-colored skin of the fruits.
The variety is traditionally grown in Spain and is valued both for fresh consumption and for industrial processing, in particular, for the production of candied fruits.
