The variety was obtained by crossing «Boambe de Cotnari» and «HC 21/1». The tree is characterized by medium vigor, a spreading crown, and medium branch density. Fruiting is concentrated on simple May bouquets and medium-aged branches.

The fruits are dark red in color with red flesh; the content of soluble solids is 14.6–20.2 °Brix. Ripening occurs in the first 20 days of June. The variety is self-incompatible; «Van», «Stella», «Maria», and «Iosif» are recommended as pollinators. The fruits are intended for fresh consumption.
