Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the late-ripening group; the harvest takes place in July. The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and requires crown formation due to high yield. It can be cultivated on various rootstocks.

The fruits are large, reaching 9 g in weight and 3 cm in diameter, and have a broad heart shape with a visible ventral suture. The flesh is firm ("cartilaginous"), juicy, light red in color, with a sweet-tart taste and spicy notes. The fruits are distinguished by high transportability and skin resistance to cracking.

The plant is generally hardy but shows susceptibility to fungal diseases, in particular to Monilia. On unfavorable soils, problems with premature fruit drop are possible. The variety is versatile, suitable for fresh consumption, canning, juices, and baking.
