The tree has an upright growth habit; productivity is rated as light to moderate. The variety is self-incompatible; other varieties are required for pollination, self-incompatibility genotype is S3S9.

Fruits ripen 6–9 days before the Bing variety. They have a broad heart shape, a mass of 10–14 g and a width of 28–32 mm; the skin is glossy and dark red in color. The flesh is sweet and firm, while the fruits have a medium susceptibility to rain-induced cracking.
