The Russian variety "Приусадебная желтая" was obtained by crossing "Ленинградская красная" and "Золотая Лошицкая". The tree is vigorous, with a spherical crown. The fruits are rounded, yellow, weighing about 5.5 g, with juicy cartilaginous flesh and a stone that separates well. The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness, drought tolerance, and self-fertility.

The Ukrainian selection of the variety "Приусадебная" was obtained by pollinating the variety "Дениссена желтая" with pollen from the variety "Жабуле". The tree is vigorous, with a spreading crown. The fruits are large, weighing 6–8 g, heart-shaped, light yellow with a blush, and have a sweet taste. Unlike the Russian version, this variety is described as self-infertile.
