Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is characterized by medium to high vigor and a spreading, open crown shape. The variety is self-sterile and belongs to the S1S3 pollinator group; to obtain a yield, it requires the presence of pollinator varieties such as Summit, Sunburst or Skeena.

The fruits have a heart-shaped, slightly compressed form and a weight of about 10–12 g. The skin color is a rich dark red, becoming almost black when fully ripe. The flesh is firm and crunchy with a sugar content of about 16.8° Brix.

The variety matures 5–8 days before the Bing variety or 11–14 days after the Burlat variety. The fruits possess good transportability, which allows the variety to be used for commercial cultivation.
