The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, forms a tall and wide crown, and is long-lived. The variety is demanding of soil and develops best in deep loamy conditions.

The fruits have a heart-shaped or round shape, the surface may be uneven, and the skin is colored from red-brown to black. Ripening occurs after June 10. The fruits are resistant to cracking, store well on the tree, and are suitable for transport when not overripe.

The variety is self-incompatible and requires pollinators, for which «Karešova» and «Ramon Oliva» are suitable. «Vítovka molitorovská» itself can act as a pollinator for other varieties.
