The variety is the result of crossing the varieties «Империал Эпинез» and «Великий Герцог». The tree is medium-sized, 3–4 meters in height, with a broad-oval, moderately dense crown. The variety is precocious, entering into fruit-bearing in the 3rd–4th year after planting.

Fruits weighing 50–60 g have a broad-oval or broad-ovate shape, burgundy-garnet color with a glaucous waxy bloom. The flesh is firm, juicy, greenish-cream to orange in color, with a stone that separates easily. Ripening occurs in the first ten days of September.

The variety possesses high winter hardiness, but is self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinator varieties. It is resistant to most fungal diseases but susceptible to plum pox virus. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, processing, and transportation.
