Damas de Toulouse (GF 1869) is a natural hybrid classified as a rootstock for stone fruit crops. It is not intended for the production of commercial fruit and is not classified as an edible variety.

This rootstock is capable of growing on heavy soils and possesses a certain degree of resistance to waterlogging. Scientific studies also note its susceptibility to Plum pox virus. In biotechnological experiments, it is used as an object for plant regeneration from leaf explants.
