The variety ripens in early August. The tree can reach 4–6 meters in height with regular pruning and is found in both high-stem and low-growth forms. The plant is well-adapted for cultivation in hilly and mountainous terrain and requires soils without moisture stagnation.
The medium-sized fruits have dark purple or blue-red skin with a waxy bloom. The yellow-green flesh of the fruits is firm, juicy, with a sweet-and-sour taste and moderate aroma. The stone separates easily from the flesh.
