The tree is of medium growth, reaching 3–4 meters in height. The variety is self-fertile and serves as a good pollinator for other plum varieties. It is characterized by high resistance to frost and diseases.
The fruits are large, oval-shaped, purple in color with a light waxy bloom. The flesh is green-yellow, very sweet and aromatic, the stone separates well. The harvest ripens in the second half of September. The fruits are highly valued for the production of distillates.
