The variety was obtained by crossing «4-665» and «Lauranne» varieties. The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, medium habit, and good branching intensity. The variety is self-fertile, which allows for the establishment of single-variety commercial orchards.
Flowering occurs 26 days later than the «Desmayo Largueta» variety, fruit ripening is in late August. The variety has high resistance to major almond diseases and is adapted to mechanical harvesting. The hard shell of the fruits protects them from pests and birds, double kernels are practically absent.
