Early maturity variety with a flowering period in April-May. Due to early flowering, the tree is sensitive to spring frosts. Life form is a tree; it enters into fruiting in the 4th year.

Fruits are large, the nut has a size of about 35x21x16 mm. The kernel is of elliptical or elongated shape, weighing about 1.3 g, and has a sweet taste. The variety is self-sterile and needs cross-pollination, for which the varieties Nonpareil (Нек Плюс Ультра), Nikitskiy urozhayny-16, and Fragilio are suitable.

The plant does not possess high winter hardiness and may require cover in cold regions. In the past, the variety was actively used when establishing industrial orchards, however, in a number of cases, it showed low yield due to a lack of information about the necessity of pollinators.
